It's like, dude... if some lady deviates significantly from current norms of female beauty, she's probably got more important worries than what YOU personally think about her looks. "Self-esteem" isn't synonymous with "'esteem' from a random complete-stranger guy who wants a medal for being ~so nice~".

People use that meme too seriously.
