Note: All of these done in either Photoshop or Illustrator CS2 on a crappy, falling-apart laptop. (Srsly. Four of the keys pop off regularly now...D, P, I and U.) Also done with a Wacom tablet, likely a Graphire 4 but occasionally on my larger Intuous. =D

IN HONOR OF PIRATES...I am now working on...a pirate picture. Check back soon to see if it's completed. *Note: I don't actually really play Maple much anymore. My character has been level 105 for a couple months now and before that was 103 for about half a year. Boo! I hate levelling...but I like how pirates look, so... (And yes, I am aware that her headband is more Jack Sparrow than anything else, but I like the way hair topples out in those headbands! T_T! And also her clothing is subject to change a lot~)

MARKERS YAY

I just got some new markers as an early Christmas present! Copic markers! I know the picture itself isn't very pretty--I was just figuring out how these markers work. It's done on printer paper, yuck.

And a nub colored the same way, I love these things. They rule.

Now all I need are some better inking pens and I will be well on my way to getting off my computer crutch!

Hehe Throws I wish I were that good! My problem is I have too short of an attention span to complete anything (though I have actually colored this pic...hmmm) so I don't practice as much as I should. Hehehe.

Good advice! I need to check and see if my Copics work with computer ink so I can just print out some of my pooter lineart and play with that.
