I'm the worst with names...

What should I name my soon-to-exist Samurai? I currently have the following names saved :


青沼英二 (Aonuma Eiji)
Stalfos
北米の侍 (hokubei no samurai) - North American Samurai
無能刀 (munou katana) - Useless Katana
未熟な浪人 (mijuku na rounin) - Inexperienced Rounin
浪人ハヤト (rounin Hayato)
剣聖ムサシ (Kensei Musashi) - Legendary Warrior Musashi
Impossibru
米国の侍 (beikoku no samurai) - American Samurai
無能浪人 (munou rounin) - Useless Rounin


*Rounin means "Wandering Samurai without a lord to serve"


無能刀 goes well with my Soul Master + Ultimate Adventurer Paladin combination, but I'm not sure if I should just leave it at those two. 無能侍 was already taken as a name, which made me a little sad. :<


If you have any other suggestions, please do tell. I'll try seeing if they're free (I can hold names for people too, if they want any of these names).

Stalfos is the best one in my opinion.

Or the legendary
Amakakeru Ryu No Hirameki (in japanese obviously) ?

浪人ハヤト seems the most fitting IMO.

The problem is that the Japanese options don't exactly roll off the tongue, as they're multiple words, and long altogether.

I always try and name characters with a single, shorter word. It looks and sounds neater, but it's personal preference.

Also, anything involving being a white guy is taken. Nearly everything with being an American/North American/foreigner is taken.

I dunno, I just loved that show.

I asked one of my JP friends and he said I should use 米国の侍 to be like Nathan Algren from The Last Samurai. Lmao
