Been working on some changes in how moderation operates and coinciding with this we've had some mods retire, and are welcoming some new ones.

Joining the team will be Jon, MariaColette, & SaptaZapta.

Retiring are Rick, Nikki & TaliaNCo; This presently leaves the Event Coordinator position empty.

The way infractions are appealed will be changing. Instead of a chief of moderation there is now an appeals forum to which all appeals are directed. This forum restricts viewing to your own posts, and automatically creates a poll which only mods can vote on, and only anonymously. There is no conversation in this forum, you make your case and the thread is effectively done except for the voting.

This removes the need for a chief of moderation, so Mira is reverting back to a global moderator with an equal vote as everyone else rather than sitting there as a semi-scapegoat/whipping girl.

On an additional completely random and minor note the "Poll:" indicator on the thread list (not the main forum display, but the actual thread listing within a forum) can now be clicked to go directly to the poll results instead of clicking into the thread (and potentially having to click Show Results too).
