quest about xbm sniping skill & potential status : Cold Down -2sec , did it stack ?

ok , now the question is like this:

Marksman [Snipe] ,MP Cost: 50, Instantly Defeats Normal Enemies, Damage: 720%, Number of Hits vs. Boss Monsters: 6. Defense Ignored: 40%, Critical Hit Rate: 100%, Cooldown Time: 5 sec

Quest 1: Marksman [Snipe] skill , this skill hit boss is 500k * 6 hit ? or depend ur eq ?

Quest 2: Did Potential Stat :Cold Down -2sec work at snipe ? 5sec become 3sec ?

Quest 3: Potential Stat : Cold Down -2sec will stack with the same status ? Eg: i hav 1 helm potential stat is Cold Down -2sec , Cold Down -2sec , did it -4sec ? [i no hav so i want to know] or stack with nebulite - Cold Down x sec ?

I was thinking of getting -5 second cooldown for monkey madness but it's not feasible nor does it matter because laser becomes significantly better post-buff.

yes, lol, it's been a mini-ultimate since BB, shortest CD of them all, 10 seconds.

due to server lag it's never ready to be spammed as soon as every wave summons (say at jesters) which is why i'm getting the -CD.

unfortunately for them, if my roar goes first, they end up with no energy for cry, at which point KSing them is extremely easy.

i can already KS them at jesters easily enough, this would just be the last nail on the coffin
