question about Full AP Reset

1. The Event giving Full AP Reset is .. all online person / lucky person(random) / All Mapler Account ?
Ans: All Online Person.

2. The Full AP Reset , Reset the status can add HP/MP ?
( Eg: Str:999 , when Full AP Reset = STR4 ) [ 995AP ] <-- This AP can add to HP/MP ? or only status ?
Ans: when reset = 1014 AP , and u can add to any stat u like . (HP/MP also can)

It will be anyone online during the event time.

Ap Resets all your stats so that you have:
Str:4
Dex:4
Int:4
Luk:4

Assuming your 200, you'll have 1019 stats leftover. You can max your mainstat with 23 stats leftover that you can put into HP or whatever.

You get 1,014 stats if you reset at 200, and you'll have 19 left over after maxing your main stat. That's why people have 23 secondary stat, not 27.
