McAwesomesauce meant that it's possible to max every single fourth job skill using the +1 All Skill Levels nebulite and Combat Orders. That "7/12/17/32" bit was simply showing the usual max levels for skills when Combat Orders is involved (5+2=7, 10+2=12, etc.).

McAwesome is saying that if you combine Decent CO with the +1 Skill Neb, you'll go +2 over the max level, which is incorrect. ONLY CO can break the cap.

He's probably thinking it breaks the cap, because he doesn't have a skill maxed out.
For example, I have MW12, because of Decent CO and the Leafre Set, but MW doesn't cap at 10, it caps at 30. If I were to get MW30, only Decent CO would allow it to go over the cap.

I was trusting my guild master when he told me that. I will try to get him to SS when the game comes up tomorrow.

32 is the highest any skill can go. Only Decent CO / Regular CO can break the cap.
If level 34 was possible, Paladins would have a spammable 0 second cooldown ultimate called "Heaven's Hammer".

Could be here, could be somewhere else. I've mentioned it all over the place about Level 34 Sanc = spammable ultimate.
I remember when Potential FIRST came out, I believed it was possible to get to level 34 on skills.

Anyway.. Does +3 Skill level from potential stack with Empress Set and CO,
Giving a total of + 7 SP?

+7 is the absolute maximum you can get. So you can leave any skill at 25 and still have it be 32 with Combat Orders.
