Do items with a nebulite on them get the nebulite removed if they're turned back to average with an innocence scroll, or does the nebulite stay on the item as if it were potential?

from what nexon said, you can't innocence an item with a mounted nebulite.

Was under the impression they just didn't work at all on socketed stuff. Don't quote me on that though.

they work on socketed items, dunno what happens if it has a nebulite.
