Can I drop these?

I've been doing a lot of quests for the quest medal but some quest items are taking up my inventory slots, which of these items can I drop w/o having any big effect?


zenumist's cape
alcadno's cape
Ludi cape
Sand drawing member's certificate
Heat bag
Key to the first/second/third tower at lion king's castle.

Ludi Cape doesn't matter, if you're done with the Magatia storyline then the zeunemist and alcadno capes don't matter.
I have no idea what 4 and 5 are, and the 6th are worthless.

alcadno's cape If all the quests in Magatia are finished.
Ludi cape Yes, it has no use.
Sand drawing member's certificate If all the Ariant quests are finished.
Heat bag Can be acquired again.
Key to the first/second/third tower at lion king's castle.Can be acquired again.
