How much int = 1 magic attack

I'm aware the title is not correct and there is a bit more that goes into working it out derosis tried explaining it to me but I lost his formula, would like to work out if scrolling equips for int and hoping stars enhance ma or just to chaos for magic attack. If some one would be so kind as to show me.

That statement scares me more than your avatar does.

Total Int/Total M.Att will give you a rough estimate. Easy enough.

Or if you wanted to be lazy just take your total int with MW and equips w/o %int and divide it over your total matt without %matt.

Exact formula (take your INT/LUK with MW, equips, potential, everything):

(INT/%INT + LUK/(4*%LUK))/(Matk/%Matk)

I thought it was any gear that has it normally? Level 90+ Shoes come with Magic attack by default. I think level 70 does too.

the whole empress gear comes with attack, haven't heard a single report of enhances adding to capes, shoes, overalls, or hats.
