Legendary Tier Potential for Level 30 items

What's the highest it can go for the Akyrum Rings..?
Primary Stat 9%

6% / 3% / 3% is the standard for say STR STR STR or LUK LUK INT, etc

Isn't 4% the highest you can get in Legendary rank for a tier 1 equip?

It's 6%. There are almighty rings and akyrum rings with 6% to confirm this.

Yeah for some reason level 30 items go from 1% rare -> 2% epic -> 3% unique -> 6% legendary.

All items will automatically get a 3% stacked on for legendary instead of of the normal rare > epic > unique route for certain lvl items. 30 and under will get 6% by legendary, 70 and under will get 9%, 71 and above will get 12%. Was talked about in another thread though too lazy to dig up right now. I'm not counting any super lucky abnormally higher than normal lucky cubing though, like getting decent HB on epic/rare.

Yes, but highly improbable. The highest you should cube for is 6/3/3.
