Kind of?! Dragonball was one of the worst adaptions ever. The acting was stale, the story didn't make a lick of sense, and completely butt fked the story.

I think it's safe to assume that the studios are loving the Micheal Bay fever. He destroyed the Transformers storyline, until nothing but dust was left, and still made one of the most successful trilogies of the past two decades.

I bet they are thinking the TMNT will follow the same direction.

Still, I'm putting my hopes on the films director, since he said he will try to remain as close to the fanbase as the producers let him.

I hope that next week, when I see his work on Wrath of the Titans, I'm not dissapointed.
