I find it interesting this level of character never have very good inner abilities. I guess aswan is either really tedious or they just don't care.

You can only get it during certain hours of the day + you'd need an amazing party to get good honor exp.

To all 3 of you, It could be a bug due to too many buffs/potential all stacked together. I doubt its photoshop because the user who posted this is pretty known as a OP phantom on insoya.

a looooooooonnng time. To get the last line you need if I remember correctly 100 honor level? If you have a good party you can knock down the first line in a day, 2nd might take weeks, last I guess a month or 2.

1st is level 2, 2nd is level 30, 3rd is level 70.
Only reason to go past 70 is to get higher level circulators from completing rounds.

You got a viper to 200 before they start being awesome. I don't think it's out of your reach.

Jokes aside, it took me a good 10 collective hours to get to 30 honor I believe. And that's pretty dam'n far from 70. At that point in time it was 10% exp per pq on hard.

The main issue isn't just getting to 70, it's getting it to 70 + getting more than one A/S rank line :|.
