Hasn't KMS had DB creation blocked almost since they came out? I think they're just releasing them again.

They've been blocked at creation for a very long time, not sure exactly when it started though. Probably being re-released, hopefully with a few changes!

I hope it’s just opening them up for creation again. I’m getting a bit tired of all the revamps now. I wish they would leave the classes alone for a little while and focus on other things.

I want them continue revamping.

There's still a lot more skill/class problems they can fix before moving on.

Not sure how well you guys are caught up with KMS news, but they're restricting Phantom creation and termination of Aswan Season 1 (which is World/server War) on March 5.
So I guess DB return is a nice switch from it... sorta.

The last one gave us new skills, which is great. But when they fixed the mirrored image glitch, i lost 2/3rds of my damage. I sit at level 200, 96% luk, perfectly scrolled dagger, doing 60ks 6 hits 30ks 6 more.

Previously i would break the 100k barrier easily <<. With my 60% boss damage and FC on, I could do 300k per hit on a zak or something.
