I just tried it again, and now it seems to work. Thank goodness too, it would have been horrible if it was botched up, haha.

Guess his dialogue glitched because we were inbetween the time one day ended and the next started.
How much you wanna bet that the days are scheduled to start at 12:01 pacific standard for his quests.

Does it still upgrade it today? Or does it just make it tradeable at whatever level it's currently at?

It's supposed to do the bolded, based on their rather in-depth description from when the event started.

I believe that's what it did in the past events. 90% sure.

Nexon allowed Evo 1 to stack with itself. Then the same glitch happened with Evo 2 :O

Tradeable and Untradeable don't stack

I just made myself a tradable evo3 ring on a mule.

No stacking.

Confirming no stack. Also lv9 untradeable upgrades directly to lv10 tradeable.

Tried out some shenanigans.
Tried to see if I could get two "One-of-a-kind" Evo 3 on one character, turns out it just ends up wasting your upgrade for the day. My pally is stuck with an untradeable one

Forgot to upgrade my DS's ring yesterday. If it will both upgrade and make it tradeable, then AWESOME

Also, it's a good thing they don't stack. Last event I ended up with untradeable evo ring cause I decided to try if Nexon would fix it or not.
