Question about Epic Potential Scroll

So, I know we use it on rare items for a chance to make it epic

BUT,
when it comes out epic - is the potential hidden?
or is it just epic, and we need to recube for stats

When I used one on my unpotentialed bow, it came with a hidden pot after.

......Duh? Hidden potential is always the middle step.

I wouldn't put it past Nexon to just give your item the [epic] title, only for you to need to re-cube it for new stats

This seems to be confusing some people (probably due to my wording)
My main worry was if I used an epic potential scroll and it worked, it would keep my potential stats the same but only change the title from rare-->epic.
I understand now that it gives you a hidden potential epic and you have to reveal.

Uhh yeah??? You reveal it and its epic with random stats....You still have to cube for desired stats.

No, unless you premium cube it before it turns Legendary.

Ok now i have a new aproach, can you get legendary or unique just by fusing? i know you can get epic cose i've gotten epic items but never unique anyone?

You can get unique by fusing. Not sure about legendary.

K thanks, well if you can get unique you could get legendary too at a very looooow rate. But this are all right? rare, epic, unique and legendary or there is another one?

yep just 4 ranks, not so sure about legendary by fusing, since legendary is obtained only with super miracle cubes, not sure if you can find/fuse items for that potential though, so just because it can get unique doesn't mean it can get legendary.
