Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Two bugs I have noticed so far are

Upon attaining 4th job, your heroic star/pentagon do not get removed from you.

Von Leon Dual bowguns/Cannons cannot be obtained yet

Recipes for upgraded von leon gear are nowhere to be found.
