Coin Shop's equips come with Epic potential on reveal?

I want to know if equips form the legend/coin shop comes with Epic potential.

Epic item =/=Epic Potential

5 of my friends have gotten the level 110 cannon from the shop. Each of them had epic potential and 2 lines.

My friend just bought a bowgun and it was 2 lined rare.
It's possible that the chance of epic might be higher than usual.

110cannon came 3line epic for me

A friend just told me that he got a Unique crossbow and a friend of him got 3 all epic, so yeah they have a higher chance for epic/unique, weird is that all of them came with 2 lines

The rare one was level 80.

I think it's intended, bought 2 110 dual bowgun in KMS and both turns out Epic.
If it's "stability issue", it should be fixed by now.

Well i bought 2 Legendary Dragon Revolver, Both came potential Epic 1: 12 dex 3% dex and the nubmer 2: 6% total damage 6% dex (totally keeping this).

All the 110 weapons from the Legend shop are supposed to be epic upon reveal. That's how it was in KMS and it looks like that's how it is in GMS too.
