Legends Dub Trailers

So since I didn't see this anywhere else (and I'm also 100% positive that I'm posting this in the wrong section), for your perusal:

My reactions:

Mercedes - .... Either I'm a fool, or that's Wendee Lee as Mercedes. Her voice is cringe worthy in spots, but not bad really. Evan/Freed haz best voice.

Demon Slayer (Male) - The voice fits him. I think this was somewhat well done.

Demon Slayer (Female) - Somehow, I got a hard-on from this one. Don't ask me why. Anyways, she sounds badass.

Discuss.

Mercedes one was... lol.

Both the Demon Slayers are well-done. The voices fit them perfectly.

How do I know? Compare her voice to the rest of her roles in which she uses this mature voice angle.

All I can say is if they get Laura Bailey to star as Orca, I'm going to butcher some heads over at Nexon HQ.

I shudder to think what they had to shell out for Wendee to do what I'm seeing (hearing) here (especially since Wendee Lee is among the top tier VAs along with Bailey/Bosch/Lowenthal/Sheh). I mean, she did HARUHI FOR GOD SAKES!

I lol'd so hard at the Mercedes one. It felt so cheesy and most of it was just female grunting, moaning, and screaming sounds.

DS ones were ok. Mouth movements looked really off, but meh.

Its not really my standards being high just that both demon slayer videos were really off with their mouth syncing. The Mercedes one just made me laugh.

However, I'm still a bit shocked. Remember how during the Chaos update, we raged hard over not getting dat epic anime trailer dubbed? I didn't think they'd realize their mistake there.

Anything worth doing is gonna have some flaws, sure - but the fact that they didn't cheap it (based off of what I'm hearing) is shocking enough.

Like I said, I'm going to have to butcher some heads. And that's good. Because it means I'm really thankful they aren't half-assing their ads now.

I thought that too but just assumed my memory was off.

Liked the Male demon slayer the most. Female i can't really render a unbiased opinion on cause I saw that one 2nd and I can't help but compare it to the Male version.

Mercedes was okay. I guess it kinda bothers me that she didn't sound as er... 'aggressive' as the scenes seem to portray. Then again its been a while since i saw the original.

Edit: its an old gag, but all the car-related videos in the Mercedes vid makes me chuckle.

Okay from my point of view, I like all 3. The only thing that urked me was the lips not being in sync. Otherwise, a pretty good job.

I had no expectations for a dub, so I'm happy with this. If I were to rank it:

First: Male Demon Slayer
Second: Female Demon Slayer
Third: Mercedes.

Wow these are bad... The Mercedes one is just.... omg I couldn't even watch after evan/freed shouted "FIRE!". Female DS was ok, mouth was off though. Male DS I am dissapoint. The korean one is so bad ass:
