Nexon verification email not reaching my inbox.

So I want to change my PW but nexon says that they need to verify my email ,clicked sent, went to my inbox, nothing there, checked junk, nope.
checked my blacklist, nope.. infact verify@nexon.net is on my whitelist.

I've tried this many times for the last two weeks, their other emails reach my inbox. just not the one I need.

Depending on your email provider, it might not recieve the message. I use gmail for any nexon emails.

you should get the email. Did you check to see if your emails are being forwarded?

You should try and use the forgot password reset link and see if you get the email.

I use live to for nexon emails and i usually get them.

I recommend switching to gmail.
