That girl is Empress Cygnus or Mercedes.

Ah, boat has the same feathers from the Mystery's hat =o

And it looks Cygnus-y in the coloring imo

its none of what you guys are thinking, its probably a card showing 2 different person with wings that has nothing to do with mercedes/empress cygnus, it can be black mage and his lover haha, he got ditched so now he crazy enough to keel everyone!!!

Seeing the outfits match completely (Jacket corner-squares with Jacket corner-squares, pants with pants) between the mystery man and the card pretty much makes it clear to me it's, uh, a man.

Since the card means The Lovers, the female could be this unknown character and something might have happened to the male that is shown in the card. The outfit is similar as you have seen in the previous post.

When I first saw the video I had the distinct impression that it was Freed/Freud and Mercedes on the card. Freed's smile when he saw the image only served to further support that point for me.

I was pretty sure the card guy was going to be the thief hero, but after reading the OP I'm convinced that he's Inkwell. Whether the two are one and the same I do not know.
