My main account was disconnected 15 minutes ago or so while I was training (no error message, MS just closed and left me at my desktop, didn't fade out like it does when you log out either, it abruptly went black) and since I've been unable to login. On that account when I type my username and password in the login button doesn't do anything, usually then login button will fade out a bit to indicate it's been pushed, and then the screen will fade to black and show the server selection, but it just fades and then returns to normal without logging me in. When I try to use the website and launch via that, it takes me to the server/channel select screen and upon picking a channel the game closes and gives a 'You have been disconnected from the server' error.
Other accounts work fine, and I've got no idea what to do in order to try and fix it. I can't log tickets because the page gives me errors each time I try to access it on every account.. and I've only got access to 3. Anyone able to help at all?
Edit: ...just checked and all my characters are now off-rank. What the pineapple?
