Is there any limit for herb/mineral bags?

I knew there was a 3-bag limit last time.

If i'm not wrong, the limit had been removed after the patch recently right?

So do we can open as many bags as we want now?

I think it was raised to 4 with the last patch.

How about the Professions Revamp during Legend patch?

Was it removed or still kept at 4?

(I think GMS brings the revamp earlier..)
