Looking for a good, cheap tablet for a gift.

[COLOR="#000000"]So my mom wants a tablet. But I don't want those super iexpensive tablets.
Know any affordable ones? Something close (or under) $100.

She recently started watching videos on the internet, so I want something that she can watch (flash supportive?) videos on.

I really want to give her one that has a camera and a mic so she can Skype with people back home.[/COLOR]

That's not a tablet, but it is kind of cool.

If you want a tablet that isn't a pain in the ass to use, I'd say you either have to wait for the Kindle Fire to come out ($199) or look for a cheap HP TouchPad on eBay. A while back, HP pomegranatecanned the TouchPad so they sold them off for $99 a piece. Unfortunately, neither has a front-facing camera.

This is a tough one.... I looked last night, and the only tablets i can find for anywhere near that are a coby one (No multitouch) , and some lame archos tablets.

To be honest unless you have 300-500 to spare it isnt worth getting a tablet

Even if you do have 300-500 to drop, what you're going to get for that value will be outclassed before you can bat your eye and it will subsequently deflate to half that.

If she really wants one, wait until at least black friday and give it to her for christmas.

Not sure how good of a tablet you can get for ~100 bucks, but I own a Viewsonic G Tablet and its awesome. You can find them for around 250 bucks, and its pretty easy to get them up and running to stream Netflix through an app and such.

Look into a Kindle Fire, it's an Amazon branded Android Tablet.
