Basically the updated version of this.
1. Potentials' text is glitched, but effect is still same (ie, effect is +3, shown as 3%)
2. Pallies' basic attack doesn't show elemental charge
3. New ACB delay not implemented for Pallies
4. Flying mounts still not fixed
5. Remote Shop glitched
6. Top left portal in Amoria leads to Orbis
7. Cannot receive ring after wedding. Confirmed by Nexon.
8. Sound effects for Ice/Fire demon, Glaical Chain, and Mist Eruption are messed up.
9. Graphics errors causing massive d/c issues at CHT.
10. Mounts (including Mechanic mount, Corsair's Battleship, and WH jaguar along with regular mounts) crash/lag people.
11. Some level 121+ TM's drop 71-120 MP tickets.
12. PvP NPC text is made of symbols, appears that GMS copy/pasted the korean letters but they don't have a corresponding character in the english code sheet
13. Advanced Bless HP effect stays after skill term expires
14. Exiting Ellin Forest PQ kicks you to places that you didn't come from if you enter from Ellin forest proper via Ludibrium
15. When the monster park shuttle says it's sending you to channel 9, it sends you to channel 10
16. Commitment quests don't give rewards. However, if you tried to complete it before USC, you cannot do complete it now.
17. Doublejump has same soundeffect as power knockback for Bowmasters and Marksmen, not Wind Archers (who never had the skill)
18. Final year of Neo City is unavailable. Hello 5m 'gizers.
19. All monsters in areas not the same here as in KMS do not attack (will buff or curse however). This includes NLC, LHC, Showa, Malaysia, and World Tour
20. 1st stages of many PQ's lag and d/c. Some other stages as well.
21. Special Beauty Coupons can give you looks that do not exist in GMS, causing people that see your character to disconnect. Acknowledged by Nexon. Fixed by Nexon.
22. Rush moves push mobs, then returns them to where they were previously if someone else is in the vicinity
23. Evans can add SP to Nx only skills without buying book.
24. Puppet/Advanced Puppet/Wild Trap do not aggro
25. Leftover SP or vanished SP when using SP reset. Extra 3 SP for 120 Cygnus Knights (gives 4th job advancement SP)
26. Some cut scenes cause Maplestory to crash.
27. Ultimates' cooldowns being extended by 5 seconds or so, possibly due to server lag.
28. Dragon Rider (1st form) glitched. Sometimes freezes or doesn't appear.
29. More potential glitches. 3line items can turn into 2line, 2line items can turn into 1line items (LOL).
TL;DR: don't cube.
30. Escape PQ registers 10 PQ's early (7 or 8).
31. 1st quest from Andy for Neo City quest chain is repeatable after logging out. Roughly 100k exp each time. Not exactly a Hob King PQ-esque glitch, but still.
32. Level 31 or 32 piercing arrow on a full mob (7) d/c's user
33. ToT Bosses in Monster Park (and possibly other bosses in MP) are not affected by %boss damage.
34. 100 day commitment gives wrong reward (smega)
35. Completing Evolving Belt quest without an available Setup slot crashes maple
36. If you need a +stat skill to equip an item and you CC, then you will lose the booster and buffs associated with that weapon
37. Battleship is broken for many Corsairs. Happens by jumping from platform to platform (or downjumping)
38. Sometimes lag will cause harvesting/extracting/crafting animation to happen indefinitely and not harvest/extract/craft
39. Gifted perma persian cat expires for some people
40. CS fatigue reset potion is glitched; freezes client. Neither resets fatigue nor consumes coupon.
41. Robot hairstyle disappears during Triple Swing animation for Arans. If someone else could report on this for any other classes and/or skills, it would be much appreciated.
42. Crow/Starling overalls and hair do not appear on rankings, making you bald and/or naked. Neither does Shock Wave, making you appear weaponless or holding just a shield/katara.
43. Evolving Belt is glitched in a lot of ways: the item to upgrade it can be put in storage (the Setup tab item), does not disappear when logging off, and can be obtained again if you press "end chat" after receiving the setup item but not finishing the dialogue. Having 2 or more of those setup items will however crash the game. (Please tell me if I'm wrong on any of this and add any more problems)
44. IRM skill for Wild Hunters crashes the client
45. Hero's Will quest is glitched. If you are trying to complete the quest now, you cannot receive the Mithril Wristband. If you have already completed it, you can keep getting the wristband over and over.
46. MTS often fails to load the list or swallows up items in the MTS
47. Advanced Knight E can be stunned without stunning attacks
48. Many monsters can be stunned (not a boss) but can still attack and move while stunned
49. NLC and Malaysia mobs are not affected by the new exp/drop system.
50. Wild Hunters can use Decent Hyper Body while using airplane transit
51. Which bosses that give ambition is arbitrary and has changed. Not completely sure if glitch.
52. Some pets can't get closeness from Kenta's quest
53. Paralyze and Big Bang freezes screen when hitting max mobs (8)
