Diligence and EE/Pot scrolls.

I was wondering if Diligence worked with EE/Pot scrolls.
Let's say I have 100 Diligence, would adv pot scrolls work 100% of them time? If yes/no, is there any proof?

I don't know if this minor change already happened in GMS, but if you hover your cursor on Diligence where it shows you the stats, it says that special scrolls are excluded from the bonus.
I believe EE/Pot scrolls are categorized as 'special'.
