Hoblin PQ - Missing Something?

I keep trying to do the Hoblin PQ with my friends, but for some reason I can't lead. I keep getting the message: "Who are you? You aren't the one I spoke to before!"(or something like that).

I have done all of the quests from Shammos and all the 3rd Job Instructors.

I was able to lead the Hoblin PQ when it was first released, and it was not till the Hoblin pq glitch("flaw") that I have noticed that I am unable to lead.

Some of my Friends can lead and some can't, does anyone have a possible reason why this is only happening to certain people?

You're in an expedition, aren't you.

I'm not sure, but I think you need that heatbag to lead. I might be wrong though.

Edit: Also, I believe I went in without making a expedition when I was trying to complete the hob pq set. Made party, added 2 other and went in.

Could it be that the accounts that are "under investigation" for abusing the "flaw" are unable to lead?

I got this too, before. CCing and remaking the party did the trick for us.

Nope. We have always been able to enter in just party mode.

I have the heatbag, stange enough though, the person who could lead didn't have the heatbag.

Possible, but I stayed away from Hoblin PQ while it was glitched.

This seems to be the best solution, it worked in the past for my party. I was just concerned since it didn't work the past few times I have tried to lead, I thought I may be missing something.

it glitches if you try to go in once, and you change your party before getting in - as in someone logged and you forgot to kick them so you do so then get in. YOu have to disband and remake the party, no need to change channels.
