Can't exit leafre town O_O

I was trying to do this pirate prequest in leafre with my new bowman newbie and I couldn't enter the training grounds to access the leafre/ellinia portal. When I tried leaving town, it said something about a strange force is blocking your path or something. When did this appear and why has it appeared?

NOTE: If you're planning to fast level mules. Unless you don't mind waiting around half an hour, DON'T bother with the leafre pre-pirate quest, it only gives 2 levels if you're level 10 and you can earn that much in HPQ.

You cant leave the down since you dont have enough level to D:!

The question is, why the pineapple would nexon add this? They should AT LEAST move the leafre/ellinia portal to town before they seal the portal for lower levels.

Probably purposely-implemented so people wouldn't/couldn't abuse the Ellinia -> Leafre portal. =/ Then again, I don't really see much a reason to go to Leafre... except to buy seeds, but those are Untradable anyways.

The problem is that there's a level 8 quest that gives you free tickets to Leafre and expects you to use the reward (Magic Seeds) to get back.

I was doing the pre-pirate quest that gives approximately 7000 exp for my newbie.

anyone know the lvl in which your allowed to get past the "barriers"

I might be wrong, but i don't think you can leave that portal either.
Try finding a willing priest/bishop to door you out.

A recent patch changed that; the level requirement for that one ("Messenger of the Fairy Forest") is now rather higher. I don't know exactly what level it is, though, maybe 35.

She's already in town. If you read her post, the problem is that she can't leave town.

@Jezza, just curious but were you able to leave town in the direction of the balloon dock?

Can't you just get a priest to door you to the map with the portal?

If you need to leave, use the world tour, train at zipangu until you get to a high enough level to leave leafre, then do so.

did anyone notice, if you go to Mushie shrine... and then try to get out, you end up in henesys. Maybe you can get out this way.... :f6:

Wasn't that just a glitch with the singapore one?

You need to be level 15 to use the seeds too, in case the reference is to the ellinia~leafre portal.

i read she cant exit town for leafre/ellinia portal..., if try using boat will work, i already did this with my noob in JMS (ya they have that glitch too)

Try using boat,or ask a priest to door you....

Yes I was able to, I just couldn't enter the monster maps in Leafre.
