So, it's been more than 30 days since I accepted the quest way back when the first Chaos patch was released. What am I supposed to do now? I can't talk to the NPC that gave me the quest because the quest is still considered incomplete... even though it's been more than 30 days... xd

It's 30 days from when you got married. But, you can't complete it, it requires an NX item that we don't have, I'm pretty sure we're not even supposed to have that quest.
