Which Mount are lvl 10 for flying?

So far i've seen owls lvl 6 and my balloon lvl 9, so which ones are lvl 10 for infinite flying time?

i met a guy on a broom and he said he couldn't lvl it up, but he had infinite flying time

quick question, how much fly time do the red draco and cygnus mount have? because iirc brooms were allowed to fly
