Thing is, my clock isn't in PDT (duh), I always used Nexon clock to see when a maintenance ends.

i just substract 2 from mine and that's it, but it sometimes switches into dailights savings at random and it's a headache

i meant my computer, i have my own clock which i also follow, but my computer goes into DST on it's own even when it's not time yet, and then i have to figure out what to do to make it display the correct time again, also, not sure if you saw it, but this is my desktop:
