Tons and tons of problems with adobe flash.

Ok, so today when I tried going into a Youtube video, my adobe flash pluign crashed. I was told to unistall it, and after doing so when I proceeded to reinstall it I got the error message "Only one instance of this application can run" I restarted my computer, and I still couldn't install it.

The thing is, the unistaller never uninstalls adobe flash. It just keeps runing forever, and now every time I open a youtube video my Firefox crashes. However, I can view embeded videos just fine.

Any way to fix this? It's driving me insane.
