So I went to the US for the first time last week.

And I ate the craziest I ever ate for brunch.

So, it's called a brunch burger. It consists of a meat ball, tomatoes, lettuce, ham, pineapple and a bunch of other things I can't remember.

But the craziest thing about this burger was that a brioche replaced the original burger bread.

I ate the full thing and had stomach pain for the rest of the day.

I find it amusing that everyone keeps suggesting world-wide chains like they're some secret US novelty or that Canada is some undeveloped country where they've never heard of this mysterious "Taco Bell" place.

Localization is rarely done to the "key" items that make up the brand, it's usually the smaller staples that get replaced with local cuisine.

Never been to an In-N-Out but we have Five Guys here. Don't know how they compare, obviously.

i was joking, but maybe it wasn't too clear (probably because the joke was hidden in white) i do know in some foreign countries stuff like Mcdonalds have very different menu's (with the same or similar name) it was an old documentary or something i saw.
