On a more serious note, try speaking to your ISP.
I know mine has a special "gamer" package which guarantees stuff like bandwidth and static routing, which might help some.

The pure distance caps latency from the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (Western Europe HUB) to New York Internet Exchange (Eastern America HUB) to something like 100ms (reflecting 200ms delay when you're playing games, because the reply signal also has to bounce back, doubling the actual delay. The physical lag from New York to Los Angeles is about 50ms. Also the physical lag between Spain and The Netherlands is something like 50ms also, totaling into 100+50+50 = 200 x 2 = 400ms actual delay.

The only solution would be to move to the USA, or move to The Netherlands and play on El Nido, that server is physically based in New York giving you a little less lag.

Or be at the data center that supplies internet to everyone.

Np guys , already solved it

Yeah my isp had a gaming configuration too ( free , just login into their web and you can manually change it there) to reduce ping , only I never bothered to use it before XD , now I play much better , still laggy when high population , but I'm top 3 and even first very often
