Where the heck is Nana (E)?

I'm trying to get married. I'm doing the moony quest that request you to talk to Nana in Perion, Ellinia, Kerning and henesys, but I just can't find Nana (E). I know Nexon spoke about an Issue going on with weddings, but they didn't specify what it is so I am not sure if they were refering to this or something else.

Unfortunately, Nana(E) has indeed gone missing for the moment. Other Nanas are available in her absence, however:
Nana(H) - Henesys
Nana(P) - Perion
Nana(K) - Kerning City (she can also be seen vacationing in Boat Quay Town)
Nana(O) - Orbis
Nana(L) - Ludibrium

So I can replace Nana(E) with the Nana of let's say, Orbis? I've only got married twice and Never had to get out of Vic so IDK.
