1) SO BLOODY TRUE!!!

3) If 20% of the materials being wood, then that could mean just about anything that isn't made from plastic/metal, which most classic houses or decorations are made out of.

3) Hitler was condemned as a sociopath because all of his architecture art depicted an empty dead world that he blissfully thought was entertaining. I doubt not being denied would have helped in the long run, he may very well could have been denied of his "talents" later onward in school leading him to walk down the same road.
