"You have been disconnected."

So, I afk a lot (overnight, while at the gym, etc), and a lot of the time, I come back and I'm disconnected.
This happens a lot when I don't AFK, I just play for a couple hours (or at least have maple up), and then get d/c'd. When I go to the maple site, it pops up a message saying "you have been disconnected" and I'm logged out.
Is there any way to fix this?

You can remedy it by getting an auto-refresher for the nexon site. The problem is that your connection is timing out (there is no communication between you and nexon.net) so they disconnect you. If you keep the website refreshing every 20 - 30 minutes then it shouldn't ever occur.

I don't know if this will affect the game, though. You may have a weak connection and slow ping that's causing you to disconnect due to limited activity.

I've been having this same issue ever since Chaos as well, but I think it's as Sarah says. In every occurrence of the problem, I'd go back to Nexon's site to find that my connection had timed out and I would have to re-enter my pin and password.

If you set it to refresh every 20 - 30 minutes, well ahead of what your disconnect time is, then you should ensure the connection stays solid for hours.

I'm using the quicklauncher and never disconnect, also never log in the website, if that helps.

Do you leave the site open after you get in game? I've found if I leave it open then it doesn't log me off [of the site].

I've tried both.
Also, it occurs mainly when I switch from my DB to DW, or 5 minutes or so afterwards.

Yes, I'd have to restart the game, as the game would disconnect whenever the site logged me off.
