AP reset bugged?

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
I have used AP reset in the past so I don't know what the problem is.

I leveled up on my DB (playing for the mask) and I added 1 point in STR (used to adding STR on Bucc).

I then bought AP reset from Cash Shop using the 5,000 MaplePoints we got.

But when I use AP reset nothing happens.
My friends are saying lag but it has been hours and days!

Jumpstart DBS can get 4 base dex?

UA characters can also dodge the secondary stat requirements, but come on, as for thieves, that means you end up at 999 LUK instead of 997.
