I recently got an 88 atk Dragon Tail with +8 atk potential, and I wanted to scroll it with 60%s. Because I'm poor and since 60% Dagger scrolls are 10m right now, I decided to do quests. The only quests which seemed to give out Dagger 60% were the 33 Curse Eye one and the quest in Ludi where you have to bring a pendulum to the grandfather clock. I did the first one one multiple characters, I got a Claw 60% and just potions the other times (which weren't on the reward list, but it was on hidden-street). So I went to Ludi to do the other quest, got the walnuts, did the dollhouse one. No new quest available.
Now I was wondering if there are any other quests that give out Dagger 60% scrolls at a decent rate (preferably 50% or 100%, not one of those "random 60% scoll" quests because I know I'll wind up with 1H Axe). Right now I've decided that I'm just going to kill Blue Flower Snakes and hope for the best.
