Leveling Alchemy impossible in one day?

What's the best way to level Alchemy? >_> It's seriously slow to make the pots, because you need total of 9 seeds/herbs(=3 oils) for a SINGLE set of potions what only gets you 60/500 Mastery. I already used all my fatigue and even the best energy drink, yet my mastery isn't even half the required for the lvl2.

Fuse low level items, this can also give you nice potential items.

Do 1 fatigue stuff on mule characters. Save crafting/fusing stuff for your main.

A fast way to level Alchemy is to Fuse equipment. I had my Smith character making WHite Guiltians and then hand them to my Alchemist to fuse them. Each fusion is +60 mastery. All it took was 8 hats and both my characters leveled up their professions.

Everything at the correct level has basically the same ratio, 1 fatigue = 20 mastery. So it's just a matter of picking whatever has the easiest raw materials to obtain.

Fusing is best. Just go to a npc and but the same item over and over, I did Purple Avengers from Leafre. Real easy lol

Im also doing transformation pots. Because i stocked up on powders and it doesn't require anything from Herbalism.

Im taking my sweet time with it, i only want the items for getting lvl 7 and 5 of the profesions anyway, that the only rush i have.

I bought a bunch of those Lvl 31 shoes from the shop in Henesys and fused those. Quite a few came out having some okay potential, one even came out Epic but it's 2 crap lines. Rolleyes

But it says I have to fuse 2 POTENTIAL items??? I tried to fuse 2 clean 30lvl swords, and it didn't let me put the another one in.

One thing I noticed after making this thread was that it says Rec. Level, not Req. Level in the profession window. I though I had to have higher level profession for making good stuff

You need alchemist stones to perform fusions, they're 5k each from Nack.

When it says the potential thing, it just means that two potential items, when fused together, will come out as a potential item (it's not always true, though)

Yeah, I'm doing the same. Best one so far was a 3-lined 2% DEX, 2% DEX and got a crappy 2-lined epic as well. Rolleyes Too bad Snowshoes are lvl30.

BTW, what's the best way of leveling Smithing? Creating arrows?

That's the way I've been doing it. Feels like there should be an easier way though.

I'm curently a fourth of the way to level 4 on smithing and about halfway there on mining.

I believe it means recommended level, not required level, because you can still make things that are above your level, it just has a lower success rate.

arrows are easy, then at level 4, get someone to get you adamantium/bronze (comes from the intermediate field too!) and make the level 70 arrows afterwards.

You can buy the recipe pill of the potion you made, and make pills for another 60 mastery. The ingredients are the potions and some cheap etc that the npc sells. The recipes are 200k-500k though, but you only need to buy them once(i think?). Therefore 9 seeds/flowers gives you 120 mastery quite easyly. Although fusing is easier and less time consuming, it'll probably cost more eventually.
