I think the point they were trying to get across is that the item gets used up whether or not the scroll works, and is therefore "doing it's job."

Of course it's poor wording.
It's the same old White Scroll, there isn't a new one in the data, nor does this ad give it a new name.
(Note I am making no assumptions about Nexon not being dumb enough to introduce a legit mechanism for infinite scrolling).

And they might be "introducing it as if it's new" to remind us that the new Wards do not preserve slots. However, I'm kind of puzzled how they are trying to pass WS off as a special gach item when FMs in all worlds are still full of duped/exploited ones.

I don't see why the would put in more WS since theres already an over abundance from dupes. They should pull them from the game for a couple of months..
