Maplestory is not booting it stops at the game launcher phase

So I tried using the website . But it stops at the game launcher load up
Is there a way to fix it?

It works when I use my game launcher in my files
Edit: When i used my game launcher it doesn't accept my long password

make sure your password isn't longer than the max 12 characters, and also that it contains only ascii characters (0123456789~!@#$%^&*()-=_+ abcdefghijklmnoqrstuvwxyz) ...
