I wish it were just Scania...Broa and Bera are down too and Windia seems to be going in and out.

You don't need to make much of a decision when you have more than one character.
I'll probably get accessory making on one, Blacksmithing on another, and the rest can have Alchemy so I can manufacture and sell potions or something (assuming it works that way).

It seems the only worlds effected are the first 5. All the other ones seem to be fine.

main char will go with blacksmithing, secondaries will go with jeweler.

EDIT: whoops! messed up, meant that only my secondary will go with jeweler, everyone else will go alchemy. i might make shinku a jeweler first, but BS will be it's mastery!

Everyone is going to choose Mining and Jeweling.

Why: Mining - it's free ores omg. . .
Jeweling - omg rings/shoulders you say? Monocle

There will be a select few that will choose Alchemy and Herbalism.

Shad = Mining+Jeweler
Paladin = Mining+Blacksmith
BaM = Herb+Alchemy
All others = Mining mules

So I have one of each, and mules to gather more crap to craft for them.

Actually most people will probably choose Alchemy for the pots and possibly free potential stuff if they were to only choose one. But most have mules so it's a moot point. They're going to choose all of them.

I know that, but sometimes it's gonna be a pain in the ass to level all professions with more than one character. Almost all stuff are tradeable, so you might as well focus leveling up on only one profession.

It's a pain to look for all the stuff you don't have in the FM as well.

Professions share one fatigue pool right? So having character A mine a full days worth of fatigue and sending it to character B to level up jeweling/blacksmithing would make the most sense right?

on Main char gonna go with Blacksmith, since it will be easiest to get PvP etc from.
Wish they brought out professions with part 1, Hero class updates kinda bore me since all i got was few % on bstep and some off my dagger :<

yea, i mean, for your main you'd most def would want jeweler or BS, since they make untradeable stuff.

Not true. Alchemy is the only profession that can break down equips into crystals we need to forge other stuff. Suffice to say, unless you want to depend on someone deploying a station for everyone to use, you'd best get a character to learn Alchemy.

Of course, easily making pots for yourself is nice too.

Herbalist + Alchemist on my Paladin.

I'll have all three spread out across my account, but I can see myself going out of my way to make all sorts of random potions all day; thus, I'm making my Paladin (my main) into an Alchemist.
