Best way to gear up my Aran?

This is the character stats of my Aran :
- Level 143
- 696 Base STR
- 19 Base DEX

What would be the smartest way to gear up from top to bottom everything , and what equipments should I buy first , in order to get maximum potential from buying items.
My equipment :

( Helm ) Chaos Zakum Helmet : +35 Dex 0 Slots (H) , 3L Rare
( Eye ) Smiling Mask : Never switching this XD
( Face ) Spectrum Goggles : 3L Unique ( Crap Lines )
( Cape ) Blackfist Cloak : 3L Unique , 6% Str , 8 W.Atk
( Weapon ) Purple Surfboard : Clean
( Earrings ) Level 75 Earrings : 3L Epic , 6% STR
( Bottom )Green Commodore Pants : 8 Str 13 Dex , 3L Unique , 6% Str
( Top ) Top : Nothing
( Gloves ) Reverse Bergamot : 4 W.atk 2L Unique SE
( Shoes ) Shoes : Nothing
( Belt ) White Belt : pomegranate
( Rings ) : Evo Ring 1+2 Level 17 , Crit Ring , ZRing

Please help me in which equipment I should upgrade first to give me maximum potential / benefits. Please and Ty

EDIT 1 : I think I should also say , I don't have unlimited mesos , so I'd like to add that I need to be cost efficient , yet improving at the same time Please and Ty

You have some unique items that are not giving the top tier % of that lvl, you can start cubing that. You should use your glove just to buff yourself SE and get another gloves with better att and maybe % str. After that just get a combination of attack + % str equips, maybe in belt and shoes?

I really don't want to make a separate topic just for this, but what does it mean if someone is 3L/3-lined? Is there a 1L and 2L? I'm confused. I have just started playing last week and before that haven't really played since pre-cubes.

When you use a potential scroll in a item it can turn 2 lines or 3 lines (There's no 1 line items). So yea, 3L mean 3-lines.
