Dear players,

We are aware that some players are having difficulty logging into the website and/or game. We are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. Here are some things you can try that may resolve the issue on your end:

1. Delete your browser cache
2. Try a different browser

According to people in the Nexon forums, some tried switching their accounts to Gmail and worked. However, there's a good number of people that report that none of these solutions work.

Best to wait things out.

Yeah, that worked for me.

It was fine for me last night, I restarted my computer and bam, doesn't work. Restarted computer again, didn't work so I tried my email as the login ID and it let me in. What is this nonsense?

Hit me too, can log in with my email on the main site but...yeah, hope it gets fixed soon. It's a pain to use the website, I also can't change accounts with any ease at all this way either.

none of my 2 accounts can log in on the website but they can if i launch it not using the website, thanks nexon for not letting my charge 50k nx

But it's never Nexon's fault, it's always either our computer or our ISP or the type of browser we use. o.o

It's funny...logging in on the site with email worked for me...for a while. Now even that's failing and my account is blocked. lol

Funny they give possible solutions involving browsers, when I experience the same problem logging in directly through GameLauncher. The E-mail trick works for me, and only through GameLauncher.

If you're trying to start it and are using Vista/W7, run it as an Admin.

And here I was freaking out as to why I couldn't get into Vindictus today, when I changed absolutely nothing from logging out last night to logging in today.
I was on the verge of re-installing Vindictus completely due to this.
