That's either blood washed or pure HP Paladin. Having 57k HP at 133 is pretty freaking insane.
@OP, what's your defense? Trying to see how much mitigation I could possibly get.

i am 30 levels higher, and with a total of 100% HP i only have 30k, epic blooding right there.

It's actually pretty low, I can't equip any armour aside from expensive stuff like the bosshunter gear.

And here's how I leveled the character:

1-10 - Quests
10-31 - PQs
31-33 - Grueling leech
33~80 - Power guard leech at skeles (this took about 2 days)
80~100 - Harp leech
* Big Bang*
100-110 - Random leech while while a friend trained his dawn warrior
110+ - LHC

Are you using any %HP gear? If not get some and hit 99,999 to blow my mind even more.

Rex earrings - 10%
Maple pyrope pendant - 7%
cape - 3%

HP warriors are always fun.
