Sooo here's my take on Team RAF.

Basic rules: Players are randomly divided into Team Alpha and Team Beta. During each round, if you are alive, you can do one of three actions:
1) Shoot air
2) Shoot [opponent]
3) Shoot yourself
4) Shoot [teammate]
If you shoot an opponent who shoots air or another, that person is killed. If you shoot an opponent who shoots themselves, you are killed. If you shoot yourself, you survive if an opponent shoots you but die otherwise. If you shoot a teammate, it counts as if they shot themselves.
Respawning: For each successful kill (not counting suicide deaths) on each team, one randomly-chosen dead player from that team respawns and may resume play the following round. Players may not respawn immediately after the round they die. If there are more kills than dead players, the extra respawns are wasted.
Communicating: You may communicate privately with your team members, but I don't see how it does all that much good. I guess you could avoid targeting the same person multiple times.
Winning: If at the end of a round all players on a team are dead, the remaining team wins.
