Decent Comic Generator

I want to make a huge (like...20+ panels?) comic for this French project. So I Googled around and while I found decent ones, meh, I want to know if there are better ones. Must have

-Premade/custom characters.
-Speech Bubbles (yeah, there were some I found that offered no speech bubbles...)
-I'd prefer more the ability to offer many panels. It's not the end of the world if it doesn't, but still.

I'll use Bannedstory if I have to =/.

I basically have to summarize a story using a comic, so I really need a large selection of custom characters.

I guess I'll use Bannedstory. I finished all of my other homework, so....yeah.
