Currently some users are taking advantage of a known exploit in the 6th Anniversary event. We have attempted in the past few days to resolve this issue without affecting other players, but unfortunately we have been forced to take all game services down to avoid any further damage to the in game economy. During this maintenance we will address the exploit and those that abused it. We do not have an estimated end time for this maintenance now, but we will update you as soon as possible.

This so much. I had NOTHING to do, was waiting till they fixed it, to go hunt for legit coins for my earrings' scrolling WIP. D<

I don't care how long they take the game down for, as long as the coin event remains, with the hack fixed. Hopefully it's within 24hrs, so I can get my stamps, too. :/

We do not have an estimated end time for this maintenance now, but we will update you as soon as possible.

I used 5x 50% scrolls for 2h wep + 5X WS
only 2x of em WORKED

AND AFTER I USED THE FIRST SCROLL WHICH LANDED, CH6 in BERA CRASHED!!!!!!!
AFTER I RELOGGED THE SLOT OF THE WEAPON WAS BACK AND MY SCROLLS WERE BACK TOO F5

GUESS WHAT, YES ON MY 2ND ATTEMPT THE SCROLL FAILED GJ NEXON......
IN THE END ONLY 2 OF 5 SCROLLS LANDED!!!

Dang, and here I bought some chaos scrolls thinking that Nexon wouldn't bother to do anything after waiting so long. Oh well, if they delete the scrolls I won't lose much money, and if they do a rollback I'm not really losing much other than a single Soul Light that I found.

Agreed. Wanting a rollback to benefit yourself while very likely screwing over countless of other players is extremely selfish. You took a chance with those scrolls.

it goes both ways.
people will be happy that theres no rollback - like people who scrolled amazing items, sold items, and people such as myself who leveled (20% lv 190 - 15% lv 191 over the weekend)

people will be happy if there is a rollback - scrolling botched, items blew up, and always an opportunity for free "compensation" if they didn't do anything

but really what we have to look at is the exploit at hand and WHY they are thinking of a rollback. are millions of chaos scrolls, billions upon billions of mesos introduced into the game, 20% scrolls, and maple weapons enough to push a rollback? and this has been running around for 48 hours? that's one hell of a rollback.

Well, it is selfish when i pass the first scroll and 2 secs later crashes the CH and i have to rescroll the item again and then the
scroll does not work??? HOW is that selfish???? Sure the other scrolls had a fair 50/50 chance but not the first one!
It already passed and i had to retry it because of the crash and then it didnt work.

So i want a compensation for nexon faults and because they wont simply give me 50% scroll and 1x WS i want a Rollback.

just to write for the sake of writing, yes, it's selfish to not want something because it doesn't benefit you, however, it's not wrong because, heck, who in their right mind likes being un-benefitted (i don't even know if that's a word, lol) you are not the one that has to decide if he should press the big red "rollback" button or not.

now, however, let's say that you ARE the one that has to press the button, the world NEEDS a rollback, it's the best way out, but you decide not to do it because it doesn't benefit you, then you are a selfish ass, the bad kind of selfishness.

i myself, kinda want a rollback, back to before the thing even started, so that my hard-earned coins are worth what they were supposed to be, on the other hand, the amount of chaos scroll is huge enough to warrant some SERIOUS fun scrolling stuff, is it selfish of me to want any of these two specific scenarios to happen? yes it is. is it wrong? nah, it's basically wishful thinking.
