Nexon hasn't posted an announcement on the website, does anyone know if the servers will be up?

They're probably postponing it to tomorrow night. They either do it Tues -> Wed or Wed -> Thurs, with the latter being a very rare occurrence.
There's also the possibility that they're waiting for the next update of the "Server Crash" hack to spawn.
